ITT takes the following steps in its search and selection process:
• Personal intake meeting with clients to discuss candidate profile and job profile details
• Agreement upon candidate and job profile requirements based on intake meeting
• Recruits qualified Chinese candidates within its networks and recruitment channels
• Pre-selection of candidates by International Top Talent
• Introduction of pre-selected candidates to clients and assists during their internal interviews procedures
• If applicable, assists in visa application and relocation process

ITT selects Chinese candidates on basis of technical skills, soft skills, international experience or affinity, strong drive and excellent English skills, so the candidates fit optimally in an international working environment.
