New start ITT International Leadership Program 2012

Friday 20 January 2012, the ITT International Leadership Program 2012 started for the third year after repeated success. This morning, Prof. Dr. Haico Ebbers (Director Europe China Institute from Nyenrode) and ITT welcomed 14 candidates from amonghst others the Dutch Polymer Institute, TU Delft, DSM and Inspraakorgaan Chinezen. This weekend the the first module ‘Recognizing cross-culture differences’ takes place. The three day module is designed to improve participants’ cross-cultural skills and learn to understand the complexity of cross-cultural contexts which addresses practical models for understanding cultural differences.
