Dutch ICT sector shifts to China for talent pool

The Dutch ICT sector faces a severe shortage of professionals to facilitate growth in the sector and to replace an ageing workforce. The Amsterdam Innovation Motor (AIM) has estimated a shortage in the ICT sector of 11,700 professionals in 2012.  To ensure the growth of one of its core sectors, AIM has asked International Top Talent for advice. A recent report from ITT recommends that the ICT sector in Amsterdam targets high-level professionals in China for specific IT positions. AIM plans to organize a Roadshow to Shanghai in February 2012 for ICT companies to meet talented professionals in China.
