Asian top talents out of their comfort zone

“If you do not have a goal, you can not be effective”, says trainer Jet Centeno, to the Asian professionals joining Module 4 of the ITT Intercultural Leadership Program at Nyenrode Business School. ‘How can I increase my personal effectiveness in a Dutch working environment?’, is one of the key questions to be answered for each of the Asian participants, working at companies like Accenture, Weir Minerals and TU/e. This Module focuses on helping participants to step out of their comfort zone. “The course learns me in a relaxing way the principles of personal effectiveness”, reflects participant Yingyian Li, after receiving the results of her 360 degree assessment.
