ITT provides the HRM module to MBA students for the MBA-C Course at Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU).

Module Human Resources Management
Managing HR today is increasingly diverse, dynamic, and complicated, and the environment is more challenging than ever before. In this module, Rosalie Greven, Managing Director (Asia) of International Top Talent, will talk about the challenges managers face in this competitive and rapidly changing environment in China. Topics include human resources management in general, human resources management in China, Chinese vs. Western professionals and the selection methodologies.
The Human Resources Management module will focus on the practical skills required by today’s human resources and line managers and by anyone who hopes to be a manager in China in the future.

MBA-C Course
Shanghai Jiao Tong University is one of China’s oldest universities with a history going back more than 110 years. It provides a MBA-C study package, which trains and prepares the business executive-cum-student for a huge variety of business situations in China and the world. This MBA-C course is not only about doing business in China but also cultivates an understanding of the Chinese business culture, as well as the psychology and methods of Chinese business people that you will deal with every day. The course is designed for senior and middle management staff who have completed their tertiary education or for those who have already gained work experience. All the lectures within this MBA-C course are taught by foreign professors and lecturers who are highly qualified and/or experts in their respective subjects and have extensive business and/or lecturing experience in China.
