Intercultural Leadership Program for Asian Professionals
The ITT Intercultural Leadership Program (ILP) has been specifically developed for engineers, beta professionals and PhD and post-doc researchers from Asia working in the Netherlands.
The program helps Asian professionals working in the Netherlands to improve their communication and teamwork skills in order to prepare them for a leading position in a western working environment. The program has been developed through joint cooperation between the Europe China Institute of Nyenrode Business University and International Top Talent.
The program consists of five modules, taught in English, which explore different themes within a Dutch cultural context:
• Module 1: Recognizing cross-cultural differences
• Module 2: Communicating effectively in a Dutch organization
• Module 3: Working successfully in a team
• Module 4: Increasing your personal effectiveness
• Module 5: Composing a personal development plan
