Since 2010, International Top Talent has helped the Duisenberg School of Finance to attract talented applicants from China for their academic programs in Amsterdam. Through its strong academic networks, ITT is able to present over 25 pre-screened top students from China to the Duisenberg School of Finance at career events each year.

Weir Minerals is very keen to grow its markets in China. To facilitate this growth, International Top Talent supports the company by selecting Sales Engineers to expand its sales team in Beijing. This is an example of how International Top Talent can help companies find suitable Chinese professionals for niche markets. Three of the candidates pre-selected by ITT have now been recruited by Weir Minerals.

Since 2008, International Top Talent has assisted DPI in the recruitment of 15 PhD Researchers in Polymer Science each year. ITT cooperates closely with DPI staff to find qualified PhD researchers in Physics and Chemistry. ITT uses its strong network of Chinese professors at top universities in China to ensure that top researchers find their way to the Netherlands to continue their academic careers.

International Top Talent supports IHC in its implementation of its employment plan for the WOFE in Shanghai, incorporating issues of regulation, pensions, a housing fund, unemployment and medical insurance. ITT provided detailed advice on the recruitment of staff in China and the set-up of its operation, and also helped them to carry out their HRM processes successfully.

Client: Advisory Council for Science and Technology Policy (AWT)

The Advisory Council for Science and Technology Policy has approached International Top Talent for advice on Dutch governmental policy to enhance cooperation between China and the Netherlands in the knowledge sector. Based on its strong ties with Chinese academics and researchers, ITT has analyzed existing cooperations, and will present its AWT research to the Dutch government in January 2012.

International Top Talent supports ASML, the world’s leading provider of lithography systems for the semiconductor industry, in finding and selecting Chinese researchers for its research facilities in the Netherlands. The first group of pre-screened technical professionals was interviewed and hired at the ITT Human Capital Days 2010 for Brainport Eindhoven, a joint recruitment event for the Netherlands’ high-tech industry.
