International Top Talent has built up a large database of Chinese professionals and researchers in technological areas. All these professionals are screened by ITT’s HR experts and have good English language skills, a strong motivation to work in the Netherlands and the right technical and soft skills. MSc candidate in Polymer Chemistry and Physics. This candidate has worked as an Operation Management Program Trainee at Sabic Innovative Plastic (former GE Plastics) since 2010. He would like to apply his knowledge gained from the industry to academic research in a PhD position. DPI selected him based on his motivation for an academic career, his skills and his outgoing personality and teamwork skills. He obtained his Masters degree in Polymer Chemistry and Physics in March 2010 and published two articles in Polymer and Engineering Plastic Application.
Post Doc/Engineer candidate Semiconductor Industry. This candidate is a PhD student in the Department of Electrical Engineering at the City University of Hong Kong, and is looking for a post-doc position or a research job overseas in the semiconductor or high-tech materials industry. He has a Masters degree in Material Science and Engineering with professional experience. He hopes that he can achieve his goal and get the chance to further develop his prospects.
Project Engineer candidate. This candidate is currently looking for a career change, in which she can combine her engineering knowledge with project management. She is currently working as an engineer, has six years’ professional experience and has managed many different projects successfully. Throughout her training experience she has shown herself to be highly motivated and energetic.
Purchasing Manager candidate. This candidate is interested in becoming a purchaser in a multinational company. He has been a purchaser for four years with experience of working both locally and overseas. He also has plenty of training experience and has managed international projects. He has a Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering and graduated from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. He is looking forward to developing his career in Europe.
Sales Engineer candidate. This candidate has a large network in the mining industry, both of end users and design institutions. He has a strong technical background and engineering experience, having worked as a technical and service engineer. He has recently used his engineering skills and network for commercial ends. As a proposal engineer within Howden, the candidate has been working closely on the technical and commercial aspects of the sales process. He is very familiar with the products and sales processes in the mining industry in China.
Sales Manager candidate. This candidate is a senior sales manager with significant hands-on sales experience. At the same time, he has been involved in setting up and managing a sales team. In his most recent position at Flowserve Solutions, the candidate has been responsible for sales of the mechanical after-sales service in the oil and gas and chemical industries in southern China. His responsibilities include key account management, customer relationship development, contract negotiations and order fulfilment. The candidate shows good leadership skills and knows how to communicate effectively with both customers and colleagues to optimize results. The candidate is keen to continue his career in the semiconductor industry.
