Founders:

Rina Joosten-Rabou, MSc/MA, Managing Director (Asia)
specializes in creating innovative business concepts and introducing them to the market. In her previous work in the industry at DSM, she noticed the discrepancy between the need for talent in the Netherlands and the potential of human capital in China. It was this that inspired her to set up a business to help Dutch companies find researchers in China to facilitate their innovation processes. Rina obtained an MSc in Sociology and an MA in Journalism from Groningen University in 2001.

Rosalie Greven, MSc, Managing Director (Europe)
offers her clients strategic advice on HRM in China and knows how to select the right candidates for them. She built up the ITT office in China before moving back to Europe to manage the Amsterdam office. Previously, Rosalie worked as an economic policy advisor for the Ministry of Economic Affairs in the Netherlands, covering the fields of European labour markets and innovation. The combination of both subjects forms the basis for International Top Talent. Rosalie holds an MSc degree in International Economics and Finance from the University of Amsterdam. She also holds certificates from the Universidad del Pacífico in Peru and the University of Benin.

Amsterdam Office:

Evelien Bijl, BBA, Project Manager
completed her BBA degree in Trade Management for Asia at the Hogeschool Rotterdam in 2009. She obtained a certificate from the Beijing University of Technology and completed an internship in Shanghai. Her graduation research deals with cross-cultural training in the Netherlands. She worked as a trainer in personal development and was a lecturer in peer-coaching at the Hogeschool Rotterdam. She has also worked as a Sales Consultant at a consultancy firm in the Information Technology and Services industry. She specializes in maintaining business relations and establishing communication.

Jia Liu, MSc, Project Assistant

graduated in International Management from Tilburg University in July 2011. She combines native Chinese speaker advantage with a strong Dutch educational background and is passionate about Sino-Dutch businesses. At the beginning of her career, she worked as a Social Media Analyst. Practical working experiences strengthen her professional, cooperative and communication skills. With a strong belief in the bright future of Sino-Dutch business, and the opportunity given by International Top Talent, she was not long hesitating to join the ITT team in Amsterdam where she works on different HR projects.

Shanghai Office:

Adrianna Sokal, MSc, Project Manager
After leaving native Poland she has lived and worked for 5 years in the Netherlands. Adrianna has a professional background in recruitment as well as training and development. At the moment responsible for running and advising on key HRM issues to our customers, at interim she is also responsible for the Shanghai office. Adrianna has a double Masters degree from Psychology from Poland, Catholic University of Lublin, and Human Resource Management from the Netherlands, Groningen University.

Bella Chen, Project Assistant
is studying for a BBA Bachelor of Business Administration at Shanghai Normal University. The professional education in MICE management (Meeting, Incentive, Conference, and Exhibition) made her qualified for the Project Assistant position. She joined the International Collage Program in Orlando, FL, U.S.A. and completed the task with outstanding performance. She was also a volunteer of 2010 shanghai EXPO. Through these experiences, she has showed her excellent communication skills and fast learning character.

Maggie Zhang, Project Assistant
is studying for a BBA Bachelor of Business Administration at Shanghai International Studies University. The bilingual education system of SISU has helped her cultivate her international perspective. She loves to work in MNCs and is very enthusiastic about HR. She participated in the 2011 LEAP, the student club attached to PwC’s recruiting program. She believes in communication and responsibility, key aspects of International Top Talent’s ethos.

Synthia Yin, MSc, junior Project Manager
has an MSc in Finance from Imperial College London, one of the top three universities in the UK. With nine years’ overseas experience, she is highly motivated, efficient and fast learning. During her career, she has worked in Strategic Planning and Business Development for the famous Dutch bank, ABN AMRO. She joined ITT’s Shanghai office in 2011 and is managing several of ITT’s main HR projects. In addition, she is responsible for organizing international recruitment events for ITT in Shanghai.
